Q: Does Shoppetista offer exchanges?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account will depend on your financial institution's processing time.
