4. Physical Store Accessibility

Our physical store at 1200 W Dimond Blvd, Anchorage, Alaska 99515 complies with ADA requirements for retail spaces, including:

  • Accessible Parking: Designated parking spaces with signage and appropriate dimensions .

  • Entrances and Doors: Doors with a clear width of at least 32 inches and thresholds not exceeding ½ inch .

  • Service Counters: Counters no higher than 36 inches with adequate knee clearance .

  • Ramps and Aisles: Ramps with a slope no steeper than 1:12 and aisles at least 36 inches wide .

  • Restrooms and Changing Rooms: Accessible facilities with grab bars, benches, and turning space .

5. Third-Party Content

While we strive to ensure our website is fully accessible, some third-party content (e.g., payment gateways or embedded videos) may not fully comply with accessibility standards. We work with vendors to encourage accessibility and provide alternatives where possible .
